Business Plan Service Overview
We offer a number of options you can choose to work with us for our business plan services. A great starter plan is our ‘Short Form’ Business Plan. This plan provides you with a one or two page ‘Action Plan’ and a ‘modified’ Executive summary, including a brief financial summary and ‘Use-of-funds’ section.
We also offer a more traditional ‘Full’ Business Plan, which is much more detailed. This type of plan is becoming more suited for more complicated business models, or second stage funding. Investors are more overwhelmed by the sheer number of funding requests that they often ‘ignore’ long, wordy plans.
Pro Forma Financial Service Overview
Our financial projections services offer you a number of options. Our financial starter option includes a summary five-year ‘Totals’ table and a Use-of-Funds table. The most typical option is a full 5-year cash flow projections spreadsheet workbook, including annual totals and 5-year summary. as well as Use-of-Funds projections. We also offer another plan, which includes the above data, as well as Balance Sheet and Income Statement projections.
Funding ‘Prep’ Services
Our Funding Preparation services include a variety of important options. These include Business Plan Analysis, Validating Your Vision, Presentation Collateral, Funding Resources, and more. These services should be discussed during your free initial consultation call, or during the Plan development process, depending on the questions you may have as the process evolves.
We offer ‘DFY’ full done-for-you & ‘DIY’ Do-It-Yourself business plans, or we can offer custom plans where we do some of the work and you do some.
